Join Josh Taylor for an exciting and interactive session that highlights the incredible technology offered by Spinning®! In this unique experience, you’ll utilize the Spinning® Connect App in a challenging ride, with Josh coaching you live alongside a previously recorded on-demand Intensity Zone class filmed at the Spinning® World Headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Get ready to elevate your training as you focus on your Power and/or Heart Rate Zones, all while being immersed in engaging content and expert insights. Whether you're a seasoned instructor or new to the program, this session promises a dynamic blend of fitness, technology, and knowledge that will inspire and motivate you!

Note: For the best experience, a smartphone with the Spinning® Connect App downloaded and a Heart Rate Monitor are highly recommended. Please download the App from the App Store or Google Play and set up your profile prior to attending the class. If you prefer to join the session without these devices, you are still welcome and will have a fantastic experience!
