Led by Prehabilitation Exercise Instructor Pru Comben from the Bristol Royal Infirmary, a surgical Centre of Excellence, we’ll cover what cancer actually is and does, some ways it’s detected, how prehabilitation works, and how you can support your class members, friends or family in tricky times.
